Self-Care Classes for 2019
Self-care involves making choices that reflect a consciousness of well-being. As you become aware of the care of your mind, body and spirit, you discover that when you are your best self, you make contributions to your family, your communities and your world consciously.
This course will provide guidelines and action plans for instilling practices of self-care in the areas of awareness, mindfulness, setting boundaries, letting go, forgiveness, and self-love. The classes will be both reflective and interactive as we build self-awareness and share what works in applying self-care practices into daily life. We will identify how to use this information in times of stress and chaos as well.
This series of classes is offered three weeks each quarter with a different focus/topic for each quarter's classes. We will meet from 7pm - 8pm on designated Wednesday evenings. You are welcome to attend any or all of these classes, and each quarter stands independent of each other, so you can jump into the series at any time.
