Our Saturday Summer Series Outdoors has been so well received that USC Westlake is going to continue gathering for another six weeks. Join your Unity family for Open Hearts – Open Minds, Unity Explores World Spiritual Traditions. Board of Trustees President Greg Skunderin and Unity Ministerial Student Michele Coles will co-host this series beginning Saturday, August 29, at 5 p.m.
A series of enlightening video presentations will explore Unity commonalities and differences with other world religions, including Zen Buddhism, Judaism, Hinduism, Christianity, and Islam.
An open discussion will follow where Michele will point out areas of agreement between Unity philosophy and the presenter’s teachings/comments.
Registration is not needed. Just bring a chair or blanket to sit on, an umbrella if you want more protection, and even a picnic dinner if you so choose.
Please practice social distancing; face masks are recommended.
There is no charge for these presentations; however, love offerings are greatly appreciated.
Presentations will include a short clip of the YouTube videos listed.
