Dear Unity Spiritual Center Friends,

Where do you find your strength when you're in crisis or have lost everything, or you're just deeply tired?  Where do you find your strength?  First, remember that you do have strength in the core of your being. It is built into us by the spirit of Life.  It is programmed into us and cannot be removed. You do have spiritual strength.  When you have nothing physically left, you still have something, you have your beingness, the quiet reserve of strength at the center of your being that is Never depleted.

Sometimes we find our strength in passion or anger, but it doesn't last.  Other times we find our strength in surrender, and we hold on to it for a long while. Even strength found in surrender fades in time too.  However, when we work through our passions and angers, our high energies and low energies, finally settling into the paradoxical energy of deep silence within us, we find the unlimited reserves.

Is this core energy our strength or God's strength?  It is one and the same. God's strength is our strength; our strength is God's strength, that's why it's never depleted and always available.  Walk on through the turbulent energies of your life, and keep walking, walking, right into that deep silence within yourself.  There you will find the strength to move your mountains.

My faith in God strengthens, comforts, and supports me.
Keeping my thoughts on the presence and power of God, I remain at peace.
