Choosing a Higher Vibration

One of the greatest things we have learned about our evolving spiritual consciousness is that we can choose to raise our consciousness to a higher level, more specifically to a higher vibration, with far less effort than we once imagined.  We have gained the knowledge and the realization that everything in the universe including our bodies vibrates at different frequencies.  We’ve heard this many times although it can be difficult to remember when our personal world and our difficulties seem quite solid and immoveable.  Next comes the realization that God, Spirit, Consciousness, Christ, or whatever we tend to call It is the fastest vibration in the universe.  Between our very low vibrating thoughts of fear, lack, and ego and the highest vibration of Spirit are ever escalating levels of vibration through which we can move upward by choice.

Are you mired in fear, anxiety, stress or depression?  Are you worried by finances or possessions or people? If so, your consciousness is vibrating at low levels far away and out of sync with the vibration of Spirit.  Tackling these issues where they are – at a low vibrational level, will solve little and may make matters worse. Instead, we rise up, we set our problems and our thoughts distinctly aside, and we choose to rise up in thought, in consciousness, through prayer or meditation or whatever feels right, into a higher vibration.  The higher we get, the closer we feel to God and the less important our solid seeming problems appear.  The more connected we feel to God the more spiritual solutions to our mundane problems appear in our consciousness.  Good Vibrations!

In the stillness of prayer, I open my heart to the peace of Spirit.
I am calm and serene as I rest in the ever-present love of God.
